Are you looking for an app you've already had but can't seem to find it? Don't worry, it's easy to locate apps you've previously downloaded or purchased. On Android, open the Google Play Store app and press the menu button (three lines). In the menu, tap My Apps & Games to see a list of the apps currently installed on your device. Tap All to see a list of all the apps you've downloaded on any device with your Google Account.
If you're using an Apple device, you can easily find, search and redownload apps that you've previously purchased from your Apple ID account in the App Store itself. On iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, go to the All tab to see all the apps you've purchased or downloaded with your current Apple ID or iCloud. If you want to see the apps that you downloaded with a different Apple ID, you'll first need to sign out of your current account and sign in to your old one. At the top of this list you'll find the apps that are compatible with your device; scroll down to see a list of the non-compatible apps associated with your account.
In the It's Not on This iPhone tab, you'll find all the apps you had on previous devices and the ones you've deleted from your current device. If the app has a cloud icon with an arrow pointing down, it means that the app isn't currently on your phone, but you can download it again. For Android users, you can view the app's download history in the Google Play Store from the Installed or Library sections of the Store. Finding apps that you've already had is easy once you know where to look. Whether it's an Android or Apple device, use these steps to locate any app that you've previously downloaded or purchased.
